i had such a great experience purchasing my 2025 subaru outback premium from subaru of missoula! the entire process was incredibly seamless—smooth, stress-free, and honestly kind of fun. huge thanks to rhyne (finance manager) and kale (general manager) for their support and guidance throughout. they were both so knowledgeable, transparent, and made me feel confident every step of the way. this experience only added to my excitement of buying a vehicle where i’m the first owner. it feels amazing to drive off in something brand new that’s reliable, spacious, and has the clearance i need for all kinds of terrain! even while i was finalizing things, a sales associate took the time to answer my sister’s questions—even the girly pop culture ones—with total patience and kindness. the whole team was welcoming, professional, and made us feel right at home. couldn’t recommend them more! :)

JD created and maintained an efficient and helpful experience. From the initial emails, suggesting and searching out my perfect car, to getting it explained, driven, and purchased, I was complete with the whole purchasing process in about 2 hours. No BS. No useless upsell efforts when I was already clear on what I wanted. He even gave me an old usb cord and helped me drive the new car home - such chillness, commitment, and generosity! I worked with JD almost exclusively except for the final signatures. They communicated directly with my Credit Union (and others) finding me the best rate with no effort of my own. The environment of the shop is great. This is my second experience purchasing from this branch and I highly recommend it.

I’m loving my 2025 Subaru Cross! My sales advisor, Kendall Main, provided excellent service throughout my purchasing process. Kendall was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with while explaining standard as well as optional and additional features. All my questions were satisfactorily answered. I especially appreciated that Kendall assisted me in pairing my phone and explaining the dashboard monitor, cruise control, windshield wipers, lights and other functions! I highly recommend visiting Kendall Main at Subaru of Missoula if you want excellent service!

I recently went into Subaru of Missoula and everyone was so incredibly nice to work with. I was in a car accident a month prior and they were incredibly accomidating to my situation. I forgot to make an appointment but they got me set up that same day to look at vehicles and I was able to make my purchase that day. I would highly recommend getting your next car from this dealership they have been keeping up on asking me how my vehicle has been driving. I couldn't ask for a better dealership. I had an issue with my Outback battery that was out of warranty. Kyle my service guy and I questioned the timing of the warranty a bit and Kyle made some calls and made some magic happen as far as I can tell. Arrangements were made that were very much a win as far as I am concerned. The initiative Kyle took was impressive to me and showed serious customer support. His knowledge also probably helped my case. Excellent outcome. Thanks a million.

We had a great experience with JD Knox on Saturday. We worked with Jake Hardy to purchase our new-to-us Ascent. He was incredibly helpful and sent us countless photos and videos before we made the trip to Missoula to check out the car. He was knowledgeable and showed us a ton of features we weren’t familiar with and provided us with all vehicle history reports. Their process was very fair, honest, and the guys weren’t pushy with add-ons that we didn’t want. Once we purchased the rig, they washed it, filled up the tank, and made sure we had everything we needed. Buying from these guys was a great experience and I’d do it again

Subaru of Missoula did a fantastic job taking care of my care while on a roadtrip. Scheduling online for an oil change and tire rotation was easy. They were quick to get us checked in. The facilities to wait around in were comfortable with snacks and drinks provided. The best amenity was the dog park. My two dogs and I practically had the place to ourselves while we waited for a little over an hour for the work to be completed. Dan and his team identified an exhaust leak during the safety inspection and were able to replace under warranty for free with just another hour of work. Even the cashier was friendly. Might just be a Montana thing, but this dealership has a good crew. I’d stop by here if my cars needed to be serviced again.
